Green Shoes Youth Theatre

Green Shoes Youth Theatre is drama group making work by and for young people. In our own words we are… a unit, a family, a bunch of creative, mindful, funny, outgoing, respectful, dedicated, and aspirational young people. We love pizza and we work on text, movement, play games, improvise, and perform professionally each year. Put simply we act, go on trips and perform, and it’s all FREE! greenshoesflyer1 (1)   Green Shoes Youth Theatre past work: – Eclpise, Simon Armitage (April 2016) Performed at artsdepot – Follow Follow, Katie Douglas (April 2015) Performed at artsdepot – Tomorrow’s Me, Arts Festival (October 2014) Performed across Barking. – Pronoun, Evan Pacey (March 2014) Performed at Greenwich Theatre
We know that being involved with the arts as a participant or as a viewer can have a profound effect on people's lives; whether it is running a film project for young people at risk of exclusion or giving adults with learning difficulties the chance to create stories and perform in front of an audience, we know that life is made more enjoyable and rewarding when we spend time doing something creative with a group of friends, old and new.If you believe the arts are as important as we do, please consider making a small donation. We appreciate your continued support!
