The sound of our Creative 4 Life community in acti The sound of our Creative 4 Life community in action! We are so proud of our Creative 4 Life programme funded by @comicrelief Over 2.5 years, we engaged with 438 people bringing the therapeutic benefits of the arts to the community in Barking and Dagenham and the surrounding areas. From Singing to Printmaking, Ceramics, Drumming, Poetry, Meditation, Arts and Crafts, Photography, Yoga, Scriptwriting, Soundbathing and so many more, we want to say thank you to everyone who took part in our sessions, facilitated our workshops and supported us along the way! Creative Cafe continues one a week at Chadwell Heath Community Centre thanks to @lbbdcouncil Video shows 9 clips of people and hands during our creative workshops.
